When will I receive my order?

Shirts und Hoodies werden in Deutschland in 6-8 Werktagen, in der EU in 7-10 Werktagen und in den USA in 8-12 Werktagen geliefert. Gerahmte Bilder und Leinwände benötigen 7-9 Werktage in Deutschland, 8-12 Werktage in der EU und 10-14 Werktage in den USA.
Die Lieferzeiten können je nach Zielort und Versandoption variieren, aber diese sind allgemeine Schätzungen für die angegebenen Regionen.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they will impose duties and taxes on your purchases.
My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address. Check with your local post office to see if the package is there. Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them. If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or your neighbor, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If you find an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email within one week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to [email protected]. We will propose a solution as soon as possible.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products.If there is anything wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days.
